Return Costs

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law.

How to Return an Item

3. Pack Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and any included parts.

4. Return Address

Please do not send returns to our London address or business address.

All approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in your return authorization email. Depending on the product and supplier location, this may be an international returns warehouse.

Returns sent to any address other than the approved return address may not be processed and could result in delays or loss of the return shipment.

5. Ship the Return

Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and send the package using a tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
