Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched through one of our trusted delivery partners.
Transit & Delivery Times

If duties, taxes, or import charges are not collected at checkout, they may be the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incomplete address or the recipient not being available, the courier may:

Leave a collection notice
Hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
We will investigate the situation with the courier and work with you to find a suitable solution.
If the parcel cannot be located or was damaged during transit, we may offer either:
A replacement shipment, subject to availability; or
A refund, where applicable.
